Major Frederick S. Kellogg of Utica, New York, was commander of the 5th Battalion, and later the 6th Battalion, of the 20th Engineers. Upon his homecoming his employer, family, and friends treated him to a "welcome home" party. Here are the pages of the program for the celebration.
